Cannot retrieve configuration information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Due to a damaged system object, the configuration information cannot be retrieved. See message MCH1604 in the QSYSOPR message queue or the configured message queue for additional information.
Subsequent system messages or alerts may have missing configuration information (for example, an object's name).
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Message (DSPMSG) command to view the QSYSOPR message queue or the configured message queue. Find message MCH1604 for more details.
