Recovery . . . :
Use the work with configuration status (WRKCFGSTS) command to verify the proper controller description is in vary on pending status. Verify that the proper controller has SSAP, DSAP, RMTNETID, RMTCPNAME and EXCHID parameters that match those received from the remote system. Also verify that line &23 is listed in the switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter) of the controller description. Have the remote system operator try the request again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
