Dial attempt for session for device &25 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Dial attempt to establish a session between device &25 and associated Systems Network Architecture (SNA) pass-through device &41 failed. The device activation timed-out (for example, the telephone was busy or the telephone was unanswered). This may be caused by dialing the incorrect telephone number or by the remote device on a remote system not being varied on or by a problem with the line.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the called telephone number is correct.
Correct any problems, and session activation will succeed when either the source system or the host system reinitiates the session.
If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
