Automatic error recovery for network interface &30 canceled during IPL.

Cause . . . . . :
The automatic error recovery is canceled for network interface &30. This is done only during initial program load (IPL) for performance reasons.
Automatic error recovery is canceled during IPL when failure messages for network interface &30 are automatically responded to by the system (ADDRPYLE) with the retry option which will cause the system to continuously retry the automatic error recovery.
Recovery . . . :
Vary network interface &30 off and then vary it on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command or resume the automatic error recovery for network interface &30 using the Resume Network Interface Recovery (RSMNWIRCY) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Recovery is canceled to prevent the QSYSARB process from an error recovery loop during IPL. The QSYSARB process priority keeps the IPL from completing.
