Automatic error recovery for device &25 canceled during IPL.

Cause . . . . . :
The automatic error recovery is canceled for device &25. This is done only during initial program load (IPL) for performance reasons.
Automatic error recovery is canceled during IPL when failure messages for device &25 are automatically responded to by the system (ADDRPYLE) with the retry option which causes the system to continuously retry the automatic error recovery.
Recovery . . . :
Vary device &25 off and then vary it on using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command or resume the automatic error recovery for device &25 using the Resume Device Recovery (RSMDEVRCY) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Recovery is canceled to prevent the QSYSARB process from getting into an error recovery loop during IPL. The QSYSARB process priority prevents the IPL from completing.
