Network interface &1 failed. Automatic recovery started.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system detected a problem, and started automatic recovery using the CMNRCYLMT value as configured in network interface &1.
Recovery . . . : Display the history log (DSPLOG command) to determine what caused the problem. Automatic recovery can be ended with the End Network Interface Recovery (ENDNWIRCY) command.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
