Device &1 cannot be used. Internal failure in system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &1 could not be initialized.
Recovery . . . : Delete the device description (DLTDEVD command) and create it again using the appropriate create device description command.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
