Recovery . . . : If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The remote system sent a BIND sense code &3 in response to a Systems Network Architecture (SNA) BIND. The system was attempting session maximum negotiation with the remote system when the sense code was received.
