An incoming packet-mode call received on Network Interface &30 for Controller &24 was rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call for Controller &24 from remote network address &40 was rejected by the local system. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45).
The call was rejected because reverse charging was requested, however, the X.25 reverse charging (RVSCRG) parameter of controller &24 is not *ACCEPT or *BOTH.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, use the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command to change the RVSCRG parameter of controller &24 to *ACCEPT or *BOTH. Then contact the remote system operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
