Message : CPI599D
An incoming packet-mode call received on Network Interface &30 was rejected by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming packet-mode (X.31) call from remote network address &40 was rejected by the local system. The local system rejected the call with an ISDN cause code of &42 (&44 &45). The following may have caused the problem:
-- The controller description configured to accept the call is not varied on.
-- No controller description exists that is configured to accept the call.
-- The user of a network device (device type *OSI, *TCPIP, or *USRDFN) was not able to handle the call. This occurs if a network controller description does not exist or is not varied on.
Recovery . . . :
If connectivity is desired with the remote system, determine if the call was intended for the SNA support, the QTCP or QOSI subsystems, or a user-defined protocol application.
For the SNA support, find the controller description with a connection number (CNNNBR) parameter value of &40 or *ANY (WRKCTLD command). If you cannot find the controller description, create one (CRTCTLXXX command) and vary it on.
For the QTCP or QOSI subsystem, verify that the protocol identifier is correct. Ensure that the associated network controller and device are active (WRKCFGSTS command).
For a user-defined protocol application, determine if the application needs to be started. Ensure that the network controller and device used by the application are active (WRKCFGSTS command).
Then contact the remote system operator to retry the call. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The cause information element is: &43.
The remote address extension received is: &41.
An SNA protocol identifier of &46 (&47) was received, but an SNA controller description with a network address of &40 either does not exist on the system, or it has not been varied on.
