The local system rejected an incoming ISDN call received on Network Interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming ISDN call, with connection type &45, from remote number &40 of &41 type and &42 plan and remote subaddress &43 of &44 type was rejected. The local system rejected the call with a cause code of &46 (&48 &49). The call was rejected because Network Interface &30 is not currently in the proper state to receive the call (for example in the process of varying off).
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary Network Interface &30 off and on, and then contact the remote operator to retry the call.
If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
