Cause . . . . . : The probable causes are:
-- There was an internal system error while trying to set the counters for line &23.
-- The input/output processor was not ready to set counters.
-- There was an input/output processor failure.
Recovery . . . : It is possible a timing problem occurred. Try the request again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40.
