Line &23 selected for controller &24, some line descriptions not chosen by the system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When making a switched connection, the system attempts to connect controller &24 to a line description found in the controller's switched line list (SWTLINLST). The system successfully connected controller &24 to line &23, but found at least one line description in the switched line list that it was unable to use at that time.
Recovery . . . :
No recovery is necessary.
Press F14 to run problem analysis to determine which line descriptions were not selected and the reasons why they were not selected.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. This message is not necessarily an error condition as the system has successfully selected a line to be connected to controller &24. This message is issued to give the user a way to determine why line descriptions were not selected even though the call was successful.
