Line &23 failed. Resource already in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A line is already varied on for this port.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
--Vary off the active line and vary on line &23. The WRKHDWRSC command can be used to determine which other line descriptions are configured for the same port and which one is currently active.
--Use the active line instead of line &23, if this is a switched connection or a local area network connection. This can be done by changing the controller description for the remote system to include the active line in its SWTLINLST parameter.
--Change the resource name (WRKLIND command) in line description &23 to correspond to a port that does not have a varied-on line.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error code is &40.
