Cause . . . . . : The TGTRLS parameter value specified a release that does not support ALWUPD(*NO). The value is changed to ALWUPD(*YES) and processing continues.
Recovery . . . : To avoid this message, specify ALWUPD(*YES) or a TGTRLS value that supports ALWUPD(*NO).
