CP-SVR pipe to DLUS &3.&4 on controller &7 not established.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . :
No route could be found for controller &7 to the Dependent Logical Unit Server (DLUS) &3.&4. Either a route could not be found for controller &7 or the configuration specified does not fit the current system and network configuration.
Recovery . . . :
Verify that a connection is active into the APPN network.
There may be additional information about the problem in one or more of the following places:
-- Message CPP1234 to QSYSOPR message queue or the configured message queue.
-- Message CPP1235 to QSYSOPR message queue or the configured message queue.
-- Licensed internal code error log.
Perform recovery actions that are recommended in these messages.
If the DLUR controller is configured to initiate sessions to the DLUS (INLCNN(*DIAL)), the local system attempts to to initiate the CP-SVR pipe to the DLUS until configured retry limits have been reached for the controller (CMNRCYLMT parameter).
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
Data received by the DLUR from APPN support on the local system is &10.
