Automatic error recovery failed for internal control blocks used by commitment control.

Cause . . . . . : A failure was encountered by the local system while attempting to vary on device &1. An attempt to recover the internal objects was unsuccessful. Conversations evoked with a synchronization level of *COMMIT will not be successful. Conversations evoked with synchronization levels of *NONE and *CONFIRM will function normally.
Recovery . . . :
Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
