Duplicate cartridge &2 found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A successful inventory of cartridges was done, but duplicate cartridge identifiers &2 were found in slot &3 and slot &4 in media library device &1. If there are more than two duplicates, multiple messages may occur.
Recovery . . . : The duplicate cartridge must be physically removed or removed with the Remove Tape Cartridge (RMVTAPCTG) command before a cartridge may be used. The system will not randomly determine which cartridge to use. Remove a cartridge before attempting commands.
