Remote journal failed to restart.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Remote journal &1 in &2 in Auxiliary Storage Pool (ASP) group &6 associated with journal &3 in &4 in ASP group &7 could not be reactivated. Another attempt to reactivate the remote journal will be made in &10 seconds. The system has attempted to restart the remote journal connection &8 times. The maximum number of attempts specified for the remote journal connection is &9.
Recovery . . . : See previous messages. Correct any errors and wait &6 minutes for the system to attempt to reactivate the remote journal or activate the remote journal using the Change Remote Journal (CHGRMTJRN) command or the Change Journal State (QjoChangeJournalState) API.
