Exact match not found for &2 in network ID &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The list of control point names was positioned to the place in the list where control point &2 with network ID &1 would be shown. A system with control point name &2 and network ID &1 does not appear in this list of control points. Possible reasons include:
-The control point name typed is incorrect.
-Only a partial control point name was typed.
Recovery . . . : Verify the control point name was typed correctly and try your request again.
