Attempt to send alert failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The alert could not be sent due to one of the following reasons:
--The session for sending alerts was busy.
--An internal error occurred in the system.
Recovery . . . : The alert will be sent again either the next time a new alert is sent or the next time alert status is turned off and then on again using the Change Network Attributes (CHGNETA) command.
if the problem reoccurs, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This alert and all following alerts created by the system will be held until they can be sent.
