Backup alert focal point &1.&2 is being used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Alerts are now being sent to the backup focal point with control point name &2 and network ID &1 because the primary alert focal point is not available.
Recovery . . . : The local system or the primary focal point system will automatically attempt to establish a connection again so that alerts can be sent to the primary focal point.
