Alert has already been processed by this system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system received an alert from &3 on &1 at &2 that was either previously created or previously received by this system. A looping condition existed. If the alert log status ALRLOGSTS network attribute value is either *ALL or *RCV, the alert was logged. The alert was not forwarded.
Recovery . . . : Display the alert detail with the Work with Alerts (WRKALR) command. The resource hierarchy will show the systems that have processed the alert. Use the Work with Sphere of Control (WRKSOC) command to change the sphere of control on the appropriate system to remove the loop.
