High Speed Communications Adapter resource &27 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The High Speed Communications Adapter may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If other messages are being reported against the High Speed Communications Adapter &27, follow the recovery actions specified by those messages. Otherwise, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Too many errors are being logged in the High Speed Communications Adapter error log. This error log is being filled faster than the error data can be sent to the system error log.
