Line &23 on adapter &27 has switched active connection from primary port to backup port

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This dual homed adapter has automatically activated a connection on the backup link because of a fault in either the primary port, the cable connected to the primary port, or the equipment at the other end of the connection, or, due to a port change/action command issued from a management entity.
Recovery . . . : There is a hardware problem in the IOA or the network. Communications PAR procedures should be run the next scheduled maintenance period. Immediate recovery procedures are not necessary unless the remaining connection fails.
