Retrying call Line &23. Remote Busy.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : First call on line &23 failed. Remote busy.
A busy signal (engaged tone) was detected by the modem. This may be a normal busy condition or it may indicate a remote modem, remote system, or network problem.
Recovery . . . : The call is being retried, if all retry attempts fail (DIALRTY parameter) another message will be posted.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : First V.25bis call failure, engaged tone. The modem sends this CFI when a busy signal (engaged tone) is detected. If this condition persists, it may indicate a remote modem, remote system, or network problem.
