Clear packet sent on logical channel on line &23.

Cause . . . . . : If your line is not operational, then one of the following reasons could be the cause.
-- A local configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
Recovery . . . : Clear packet was sent because of packet size negotiation error. Ensure that the value specified in the Default Packet Size (DFTPKTSIZE) parameter in line &23 matches the subscription information provided by the network supplier. If the problem continues, contact your X.25 network supplier.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A CLEAR packet was sent by the local system on a logical channel defined on line &23. The network has requested a packet size that does not match the local configuration or has requested a packet size negotiation that is not valid.
