Local area network adapter port &28 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The external cable is not attached to the local area network I/O adapter card.
-- The external cable is not working correctly.
-- The local area network adapter card is not working correctly.
Recovery . . . :
-- If the local area network external cable is not attached, then attach the local area network external cable to the local area network I/O adapter card. Create a local area network line description for adapter &27. Vary on the local area network line with the RESET parameter set to *YES. Vary off the local area network line and use WRKHDWRSC to see if the local area network line has become operational.
-- If the local area network external cable was attached, then press F14 to work with the problem.
