Network interface &30 information. Outgoing call limit exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of outgoing calls has reached it's limit.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your network interface is operational. This is not an error situation.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This code does not indicate an error on the part of the communications controller. The number of outgoing calls are recorded as a performance counter. If the number of outgoing calls in a specified time period exceeds a certain value, this message will be surfaced.
