Disconnect retry limit reached on line &23 network interface &30 during disconnect processing.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The network or remote equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The local ISDN cable may be loose or broken.
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
-- The IDLCFRMRTY value in the CRTLINIDLC command may be set too low to tolerate intermittent errors.
Recovery . . . : Automatic disconnect completed because of retry limit exceeded. If you suspect poor line quality, contact your local ISDN network provider. Ensure that all cables are connected properly and that they are not loose or damaged. Verify that the IDLCFRMRTY value in the line description command is set correctly, by displaying line &23 using the DSPLIND command. Use the CHGLINIDLC command to change the value of the parameter, if necessary. If the problem persists, run ANZPRB command to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A number of disconnect frames have been sent to the remote station with no response.
