Invalid call reference value detected on network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The incoming message contained a call reference value which the I/O card Licensed Internal Code detected as incorrect. Possible causes for this error:
-- The System licensed program may not be working correctly.
-- The network may not be sending the correct call reference value.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the network is compatible and has been set up correctly. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The I/O card Licensed Internal Code has received a call reference value, from the network, which does not conform to CCITT recomendations.
