Short frame error threshold limit reached on line &23, network interface &30.

Cause . . . . . : The number of short frames received has exceeded the threshold value given by the system. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- Problems with configuration on remote equipment.
-- The remote equipment or the network equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The ISDN line quality may be poor.
-- Contact problems with the ISDN cable connectors.
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Check that the remote configuration parameters are compatible with the local configuration, particularly, the link layer protocol used. If you suspect poor line quality, consult your local ISDN network provider. Check that the cable is securely connected to the appropriate receptacles and the cable is in good physical condition. If problem still persists, run the ANZPRB command to report the problem. You may change the frequency of occurrence of this message by adjusting the value of the SHORTFRAME and THRESHOLD parameters, using the CHGLINIDLC command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A sufficient number of short frame errors were detected over time such that the error counter exceeded the threshold limit. A short frame is a frame with less than five bytes.
