Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You can adjust the MAXFRAME value in the line or controller description to temporarily circumvent this problem. Use the CHGLINIDLC, CHGCTLHOST, CHGCTLAPPC, or CHGCTLRWS command to change the parameter. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The maximum inbound or outbound data specified in the configuration as received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code is not correct. The value specified is either too small or too large.
