Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote data communications equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You can choose to ignore this message since the system will send a set-asynchronous-balanced-mode-extended (SABME) command automatically in an attempt to recover from this problem. You may also be able to correct the problem by increasing the value of the MAXFRAME values, using the CHGLINIDLC or CHGCTL____ commands. However, if the problem persists you can press F14 to report the problem.
