Error on network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The switch did not respond to several attempts at sending a network layer RESTART message. The following may have caused the problem:
-- The locally attached external cable may not be attached correctly.
-- The switch software may not be configured correctly or working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Check to be sure the ISDN cable is plugged into an ISDN call control port on the switch rather than an ISDN telephone port. If the cable is connected correctly, then an error is probably occurring in the switch software. If the problem persists, run ANZPRB command to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A CCITT Q.931/Q.932 RESTART message has been attempted to be sent to the switch and no response has been received within T316 time units. This sequence has been attempted several times with no response. If a link layer failure occurred, it would have already been reported.
