Line &23 failed, recovery stopped.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The local modem may not be working correctly by failing to drop the data-set-ready (DSR) signal.
-- The external cable to the modem may not be working correctly, with the DSR signal being shorted to the active condition.
-- The communications adapter card may not be working correctly.
-- The DSRDRPTMR value in the CRTLINSDLC command may not be specified correctly.
Recovery . . . : You may increase the DSRDRPTMR value in the CRTLINSDLC command. The length of this timer can be increased to a maximum of 60 seconds. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The locally attached data communications equipment/modem failed to indicate that it had disconnected the remote computer equipment.
