Error on line &23 attached to network interface &30. Adapter card not installed.

Cause . . . . . : A functional communications adapter card has not been found at the address specified. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- The ISDN communications adapter may not be installed or may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If the problem persists, press F14 to run problem analysis and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system has attempted to activate an ISDN communications channel that may not be installed. Either the system has specified the wrong slot number for the adapter, or the adapter hardware is not installed or not working correctly.
