Network interface &30 threshold information. Loss of synchronization errors.

Cause . . . . . : The number of loss of synchronization events has exceeded the threshold value given by the system. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The ISDN network equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
-- The ISDN line quality may be poor.
-- Contact problems with the ISDN cable connectors.
-- Improper termination of the ISDN cables.
Recovery . . . : Your physical line may or may not be operational. Refer to planning guides for information about electrical requirements and noise problem considerations. Check that the correct cable part number is installed. Check that the cable is securely connected to the appropriate receptacles and the cable is in good physical condition. Consult your local ISDN network provider to have the line tested to verify line quality. To reduce the frequency of reports, the FRAMEALIGN and THRESHOLD values in the network interface can be changed using the CHGNWIISDN command. If the problem persists, run ANZPRB command to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A sufficient number of loss of synchronization events have occurred to cause the error counter to exceed the threshold limit. The loss of synchronization error counter is incremented each time a loss of synchronization or loss of activation is detected at the physical interface. An overflow of this counter value indicates a significant degradation in line quality.
