All document library objects are being reclaimed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Reclaim all document library objects was requested (RCLDLO command) or the system is being initialized (INZSYS command) or an internal system object was damaged which contains recovery information for document library objects. All documents and folders on the system are being reclaimed.
Recovery . . . : None. The system is automatically reclaiming all folders and documents. This may take a lot of time to complete depending on the number of folders and documents on the system.
