File &1 in library &2 not restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 was not restored because it already exists in library &2. This file should not be restored unless it is damaged or has been deleted from the system.
Recovery . . . : Delete the file with the DLTF command and try the restore command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 contains document details. If restored, the RCLDLO DLO(*DOCDTL) command must be run to rebuild the document details contained in file &1 from the document details stored in the documents and folders on the system. For this reason, this file should only be restored if it is damaged or is no longer on the system.
