Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A message was received in the message queue for processing program temporary fixes (PTFs) or cover letters. The PTFs or cover letters corresponding to the message cannot be found. Another user may have deleted or received file &1, member &2, number &3.
Recovery . . . : Try sending the request again.
