PTF object could not be renamed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 member &3 was received to replace file &4 in library &5 member &6. The file could not be renamed because it was in use.
Recovery . . . : Rename file &4 in library &5 member &6 to file &1 in library &2 member &3. If the file is QAPZCOVER, use rename member (RNMM) command to rename the cover letter. If the file is not QAPZCOVER, use rename object (RNMOBJ) command to rename the PTF save file.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Job QESTP receives PTF save files and cover letters. If a save file or cover letter already exists on your system, it will be received with a temporary name. Job QESTP could not rename the object and user intervention is required to rename it so that the PTF can be processed.
