Distribution queue &1 was not added.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A service provider has been added or copied but a distribution queue of type *SVDS with a remote location name of &2, and a remote network identifier of &3 was not added.
Recovery . . . : See previously listed messages to determine the cause of the error. Use the Configure Distribution Services (CFGDSTSRV) command to verify the existing network ID, control point name, and mode specified for the distribution queue are correct for the new service provider.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A distribution queue is needed for PTF distribution from the service provider.
