Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- An incorrect number may have been specified for the CNNNBR value when the controller description was created.
-- The remote equipment may not be ready to accept a call.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Verify that the correct number is specified for the CNNNBR value. Verify that the remote equipment is ready to receive a call. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The threshold limit for the X.21 network 20 call progress signal reached the limit specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command. This is an X.21 network status report indicating that the remote location was called and cannot be reached. For some networks, this call progress signal may mean that all ports in a remote port group are busy.
