Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- There may be short term congestion on the remote network node.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Try the call again later. If the problem occurs again, contact your X.21 network provider for assistance. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The threshold limit for the X.21 network 61 call progress signal reached the limit specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command. The connection to the remote location, identified in the calling sequences, failed due to short term network congestion.
