Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The operator may have used an incorrect calling procedure.
-- Modems and automatic calling equipment may be turned off.
-- The line may be busy.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if you have been successful in establishing switched connection. If the telephone line to the remote station was busy, try again later. If you are using an incorrect calling procedure, contact the local telephone company for help. If your equipment is turned off, turn it on. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINBSC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An error occurred as a result of a call attempt. This occurred enough times to cause a threshold error.
