Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The RSRCNAME value in the CRTLINBSC may not be specified correctly.
-- The communications adapter may not be installed, or may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify the RSRCNAME value in the CRTLINBSC command. If the RSRCNAME is correct, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system tried to activate a communications line that was not installed.
