HDLC frame sent on line &23 was rejected by the network.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Receipt of this message may indicate only a temporary condition, and the line may recover. However, if your line is operational, this error may have occurred due to:
-- An X.25 network problem.
Recovery . . . : If line &23 fails, use the failure message to correct the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An HDLC frame sent on Line &23 with a length that was not correct (for supervisory or unnumbered frames), or an information field existed that was not permitted for the particular frame type. The network rejected the frame in error, by transmitting an HDLC FRaMe Reject (FRMR) frame in in response to a previously sent frame. The X-bit was set indicating that the local system considered the frame to have an incorrect length (for supervisory or unnumbered frames), or because an information field existed but was not permitted for the particular frame type.
