Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem.
-- The local data circuit-terminating-equipment may not be operating correctly.
-- The local communications cable may not be operating correctly.
-- The local communications adapter card may not be working correctly
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You may ignore this message, because your line is running. Only one port in the port group that you specified is not operational at this time, and this condition may recover. If the port recovers, you will be notified by another message. If you notice a performance impact, you can press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Port &28 on line &23 is not working because the X.21 network did not leave the uncontrolled-not-ready state.
