Line &23 failed because of configuration error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The probable causes are:
-- The LGLCHLE parameter value on the CRTLINX25 command may not be correct.
-- An error may have occurred in the communications controller program.
Recovery . . . : Use the CHGLINX25 command to verify or change the LGLCHLE parameter.
If this does not correct the problem, then do the following:
1) Vary line &23 off, then vary it back on by specifying the RESET(*YES) parameter on the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. If line &23 was not varied on because there are other active lines on the communication controller, a message will be displayed for each active line that must be varied off.
2) Vary off these active lines, then vary on line &23 again by specifying the RESET(*YES) parameter on the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. This will reset the line and cause the program to be loaded again.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The communications controller program was told to activate a wrong number of logical channels. Either the number of logical channels specified in the LGLCHLE parameter value on the CRTLINX25 command is not correct, or the communications controller program is not working correctly.
